Violette’s Road To Recovery ❤️
Hi my name is Avren Resendez and I am starting a fundraiser for my daughter Violette Jade Resendez.
On Monday July 12’th at 7:45pm my 3 year old daughter Violette was viciously attacked by my room mates bulldog and endured several very severe lacerations across her face. We spent three days in the hospital waiting for the doctors and surgeons to complete her surgery. She is all stitched up now and we are now at home making our way toward recovery. Unfortunately since we were in the hospital, Violette and her mother also tested positive for COVID and we were struck with yet another obstacle to overcome. We’ve had so much support from our friends and family that we are so very grateful and appreciative for. The reason why I am here writing this for you guys is because Violettes mother and I are having to take a good amount of time off of work in which we will not get paid for. We both have money set aside for things of this nature but we’re worried that it will not suffice for the time that is required for Violette to recover. Now I am asking all of you, our friends, our family, and anyone who can empathize with our situation that are willing to help. Please help us stay afloat while we take the time off to give our daughter the care that is necessary for her recovery.

Our little family is amazed at how much support every single one of you guys have given us in our time of need. We reached our original goal of $5,000 in less than 24 hours and that is such a blessing! Quite a few of you have reached out to me and asked for permission to share with friends family and coworkers and I gave everyone permission to do so. With that being said, I believe it is safe for us to raise our goal for our baby Violette! Our new goal is $20,000! You guys have shed so much positive light upon our dark and difficult time and I believe we can brighten our situation even much more!
