Vinnie Jai

Vinnie Jai has just turned 4 and is currently fighting the horrible disease JMML a very rare form of leukaemia in Birmingham Children’s Hospital

Vinnie Jai needs a bone marrow transplant to get better. A donor was found in America and a date was scheduled for the transplant to go ahead in October but unfortunately Vininie Jai’s condition deteriorated and was moved to Intensive care. Vinnie Jai spent several days on a ventilator and Oscillator whilst sedated. His Mommy and Daddy never left his side.

Vinnie Jai being the amazing little boy he is now heading in the right direction with his transplant scheduled for next week.

Once Vinnie Jai has received the transplant he will then face several months of recovery in hospital. This is on top of what this baby boy has already been through.

Vinnie Jai has two older brothers who have hardly seen him or their Mommy in months, they are being amazing through this whole nightmare. It’s heartbreaking the family can not be together any day even more so at Christmas.

A friend of the family Brad Thomas has a arranged a charity football day to raise funds to help give Vinnie Jai a happy Christmas whilst in hospital. The event is scheduled for 17th December. The go fund me has been set up to support the event and for anyone who would like to donate.
