The Village Barber and Beauty Shop, owned by Rev. Reginald Graham, was the target of a drive-by shooting. The insurance will not cover the damage done by bullets. This barbershop is a safe haven for children and the elderly. Children come to it when they lost their house key and need a safe place to be. The elderly stop to rest from walking. People that cannot afford to pay for a haircut will get it on the house. Let's restore this neighborhood focal point.
