Hey folks! You may remember that my theatre company was chosen to participate in the American High School Theatre Festival (AHSTF) in Scotland last year. Unfortunately we were unable to reach our fundraising goal to pay for the extremely expensive trip. Furthermore, the majority of the money raised was kept by the company as a non-refundable deposit. So what now?
We have set our sights on DISNEYLAND in March 2019. We are just shy of our travel needs and we're looking again to our community to help us out and lift up these kiddos!
We will be traveling to Anaheim to participate in two theatre workshops backstage in Disneyland. I mean, how cool is that?! For most of these kids, it will be their first trip to the Happiest Place on Earth! The kids have been working hard to fundraise and earn money to pay their way.
We are looking for the last $3,000 to pay for the hotel rooms for our 3 night stay.
