Vijaya Bhavanam Funeral and Repatriation Expenses

Vijaya Bhasker Bhavanam was a complete family man and a good friend who passed away with liver complications this morning(6/2). He was diagnosed with Hepatitis B last September and subsequently struggled with liver complications. He complained about stomach pain and was rushed to ER in Harrisburg, PA on May 31st. Doctors worked hard to drain the liquids from his stomach which lead to multiple complications and later developed organ failures before breathing his last this morning(6/2) at UPMC Pinnacle Harrisburg, PA.

He leaves behind his wife, Kalpana and a 2.5 year Lasya. Friends of Vijay with the help of TANA and HTA are creating this page to raise funds to cover funeral and repatriation expenses and remaining for childcare. Vijay was the sole breadwinner for the family and all the donations after the funeral expenses will be used for Lasya's future.  Kalpana has no family in the US and is in deep distress trying to come to terms with the loss and caring for their baby. The family needs all the help and support from the community in these difficult times.
