For "Vijay Kumar  (Emp#574475) – Merchandising support lead" - For his recovery after major accident

During his India vacation, Vijay met with a major car accident. Fortunately Vijay has survived in this accident but he has got severe injuries. His both femur bones have got badly damaged with compound fractures in them and have titanium rod implants after surgery. He had both knees damaged and His left arm has also got multiple fractures which too have metal implants.

He has gone through multiple surgeries and is fully bed ridden from last 4-5 weeks. It is still a long way for him to be able to walk again without assistance.

Initial recovery time is estimated to be at least 6-8 months with rigorous physiotherapy and other treatments which will require considerable financial support and are not covered under insurance.
