Victim of Drunk Driver Military FAMILY Needs HELP!

At approximately 9:09pm on Sunday night, in Kansas, my 17 year old cousin, Hannah Burkhart, was in a very traumatic car accident. A drunk driver going east bound in a west bound lane, head on, collided with the car Hannah was a passenger in. Hannah was pinned into the car and once out of the car life flighted to a trauma center where she now will be enduring 2-5 surgeries. She has on her right side a broken femur, broken tibula, and broken ankle. She has a bruised lung, a broken rib, left broken wrist, spinal trauma, a broken nose, and a cut that required stitches under her left eye. I thank God because even with all that she survived. We couldn’t be more happy that she will eventually be ok. Hannah was adopted by her Aunt and Uncle many years ago. Cat and Cory Layton need our help. Cory has been and was still on deployment when this occurred. He is being flown back and should arrive Wednesday. Hannah was not taken to the military hospital so Cat and Cory are having to get a hotel to be close by, as the hospital is 2 hours from their home. Hannah is looking at being in the hospital, at the very least, 2-3 weeks. While all medical expenses are being taken care of hotel expenses, gas and food for Cory and Cat, are not. It is crucial we come together and support this military family in such a fragile time. They sacrifice so much for so many, please let’s support them the best we can in return.
