Help on Wheels
If anyone’s been following me this past weekend, you know that my car has been experiencing difficulties.
Saturday my car suddenly died at a gas station pump. After help from a stranger and a dear friend, we got it up and running. But twenty min later, it suddenly died in the middle of I-75, almost having me hit by an 18-wheeler.
The mechanic says it will cost roughly $400 to have her running again. Sadly, I just fixed her for a grand two months ago and haven’t recovered. NormallyI’d let it sit, but currently I’m performing Shrek in Macon, GA, and I need reliable transportation to make the shows.
I hate doing something like this, asking for any kindof help, but I’m in a very tight spot and kinda can’t afford not to try. I know it’s the holidays and everyone is stretched thin. If you can help in ANY way, please do so. My heart would be eternally grateful, and you’d be helping me bring joy to hundreds in Macon as Donkey.
