Help Penny get the surgery she needs

Hi everyone,
We are the owners of our beautiful 9 month old Golden Retriever. She has been a constant companion in our household. She is what we refer to her as “our third child, Penpen; Penny lane” and is our kids (8&5-with our youngest who has special needs) best friend. However Penny needs to have a specialty surgery that only a surgeon can do. Penny was diagnosed with a salivary mucocele and some how damaged her salivary gland most likely chewing a stick or a shrub in the back yard and it punctured her gland. This has caused the saliva to pool in between the soft tissues of her mouth where as the surgery is absolutely necessary to re-route the gland. We have been putting out a lot of money draining and flushing her infection site and on round after round of antibiotics to buy us more time and it now has come to the point that we can no longer continue.
We are asking if you can help us with this to give our young pup the best care that she needs moving forward.
