Helping Angie Difazio and family

Angie recently noticed a lump in her thigh that started to cause some pain. After a visit with her Dr and a biopsy she has been diagnosed with a rare type of sarcoma cancer. Since only 1 in 1,000 Americans are diagnosed with this each year finding a Dr locally to treat her was not easy. Thankfully a Dr in Atlanta has come forward with an action plan. She has more testing to complete and a port to be put in. After that she will be at Northside hospital in Atlanta as an inpatient receiving chemo for 1 week and then home for 2 weeks, for 6 weeks. This is a fast growing cancer that the Dr wants to stop immediately. After the first 6 weeks the Dr will decide what is next but they have said she will have to undergo radiation as well. We all know the cost of medical bills and how they build up quickly. Not to mention Steve will be out of work to be by her side every step of the way. Angie is an amazing and strong woman who will fight this and has an amazing support system. If you can not help financially please just keep her in your prayers. I will update as much as possible on how she is doing. Thank you for your support.
