Hello,                                                                                                                                                         I am attempting to raise money for my cousin Laura and her 5 children; Jordan, Drew, Dominic, Malachi and Amelya. They live in Wilmington, North Carolina. The family's furniture and personal posessions were destroyed by flooding caused by Hurricane Florence and their house is uninhabitable. Tragically, Laura is a single mother of 5 incredible children due to her veteran husband's suicide from PTSD. Laura is an extremely  hard working Mom and goes above and beyond for her children. As many of you know, trying to be both mother and father is overwhelming at times. But even though money is tight , Laura always finds a way to help others in need. Sadly days before the hurricane, Laura was diagnosed with a salivary gland tumor in her neck. While diagnosing the size of the tumor during her CT scan, the Dr. discovered she has a second tumor in her brain. Unfortunately due to the destruction caused by Hurricane Florence, Laura's MRI of her brain has been postponed as well as her treatment of her neck tumor. In this emotionally and financially overwhelming time, any assistance, no matter how big or small, makes a world of difference. Please donate if you can and help spread Laura's story.
