Vet for Jim!

My little crested gecko Jim arrived home with us about 2 months ago.
We purchased him from Petco without realizing the issue of the care they have for their reptiles.
Last Thursday we noticed worms in his poop and that was the last time he went.
It has now been just over a week since he last went number 2 and he still has parasites festering in him.
Unfortunately, I am having a hard time getting him veterinary services.
Due to COVID-19, my mother lost her job and my father has told me that if it costs $300 or more we can’t get him the treatment.
We have the first vet visit today and the consultation fee alone is $200 due to this being an “emergency” appointment. I’m afraid I might not be able to help my little guy.
