Vet costs for Gemma

My name is Mike and I am reaching out for help for my dog Gemma. Back around may of this year Gemma started vomiting on a nearly daily basis. I have already taken her to get several times since and they have done tests and found nothing. I am trying to raise the money to continue to find out what's wrong as of this posting she has stopped eating, rapidly losing weight, and very drained. I do not like asking for help but I have no income at the moment and I am scared I am going to lose her. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.
