Vet Bills for Carly & Garage Fire Expenses

Hello, as everyone knows my parents Jeff & Beth Butler have recently had a lot of hardships happen to them this year and it is only February. I am organizing a Go Fund Me to help out with the bills and expenses they are currently being overwhelmed with. They both work over 40 hours a week and are very hard workers that are not looking for just a handout. Any kind of assistance helps, even just some kind words. They did not ask me to organize this.

A few weeks ago they had a huge fire that completely demolished their garage with both of their vehicles inside of it and thousands of dollars worth of tools, keepsakes, decorations, and an air compressor. Thankfully they had insurance for the vehicles and building itself, but their insurance did not cover everything of course, including the price of rebuilding the garage, the expensive belongings, and all of the memorabilia and keepsakes.

Last week their beloved pet Collie, Carly, was shot in the neighborhood with a compound bow by their neighbor. The neighbor alerted animal control that he was shooting to kill her as she had been trespassing on his property. She was shot straight through the chest near her throat and was bleeding profusely when her owner finally got her to come back inside.

Carly is known to be the sweetest, most gentle dog to everyone she meets. I have taken her to work, the park, and other events with me without any problems. Everyone has always fallen in love with her as soon as they laid eyes on her. She had her collar, tags, and her normal demeanor when she approached this man that she had seen before for several months. She had to have surgery and stitches through Athens Main Street Clinic and will be in recovery for several months following.
