Vet bill for a beautiful rescue

I've never done this before and right now I really need your help. While I was driving home a truck in front of me dumped this beautiful pit bull out of there moving vehicle. Unfortunately she was hit before I could get to her. Her back is completely open and shes going to need surgery.  Anything you donate will mean the absolute world to me.  She needs help and I dont have the money on hand to give her the help she needs.
