In 2012 Venus came closer to our beautiful Earth than she had in 26,000 years. Feeling her presence pulsing inside of me, a portal of music opened and songs started pouring through. I received a very clear message that I was to birth an album titled Venus Rising.
Five + years later that dream seed is ready to sprout! I feel so blessed to have recently begun recording in the studio with Ben Temple Step, a dear friend and master at music production. It has been a wonderfully humbling learning process to see how much goes into the albums we love to listen to!

I know how important it is to share the music we receive as an offering, as MUSIC HAS BEEN THE MOST POWERFUL MEDICINE in my life. I am calling in support to record a five song EP version of Venus Rising.
This is a video of an older version of one of the songs that will be on the album, the Goddess of Every Name.
The details:
I will be recording original songs that I received from the whispers of the waters, the trees, Pachamama.
I am really excited to bring through something next level! A really well produced song with main vocals, multiple harmonies & instruments takes 20-40 hours to record, mix and master all the parts.
The estimate including this process and paying the musicians is $2500-$3500 per song. This estimate times 5 brings it to the total of up to $15,000 for the 5 songs :)

A bit about me for those who may not know me:
I believe humans are here to REJOICE, DANCE & SING and these are my favorite ways to feel my spirit alive within me. There is a palpable magic that happens when a circle of people sing and dance together, when the water in our beings comes into harmonic resonance with the unified field of the one heart! When I step out of the way and let spirit sing through me, it is the most ecstatic experience - it's as if I am making love with all of creation!
I created the LOVEOLUTION, a global movement to inspire people to remember their divinity and be empowered to activate their full potential & awaken the wisdom of the heart. Together with my beloved, I weave together my passions, offering ceremonies, workshops and retreats with yoga, breathwork, sound healing, singing circles, dance, sweat lodge, satsang & deep sharing circles. I am dedicated to holding a space of pure unconditional love, radical presence & authenticity from which to inspire spontaneous joy & authentic embodiment of the truth of who we are – pure love.

My producer Benjamin Temple Step is legendary –
Producer, Musician, Sound Healer, Workshop Facilitator and Teacher, Benjamin Last has been producing music for over 24 years. Ben is a highly experienced Recording Engineer, Audio Editor, Electronic Music Programmer, Sound and Mastering Engineer. Facilitating music production has become his fine art, and created in him a deep commitment to the medium of sound and music. Ben has come to the project with a depth of experience working artists such as Desert Dwellers, Deya Dova, Perquois, Murray Kyle, Darpan & Ganga Giri.
I feel so incredibly blessed to have so many amazing musicians in my life to add harmonies, layers of cello, violin, bass, lead guitar, percussion…and even beats.
As we go along, I will share the musicians who will be adding instrumentation, vocals and harmonies.
When:
I started recording in 2018 and have realised that it is going to be an organic process that takes time. I have such deep respect for the amount of energy that goes into the recording process. The intention is to complete and release the first song in early 2019 and continue recording throughout the year, hopefully releasing at least 2 more songs in 2019.
