Les's Medical Fund

It has been almost a year since my release from the hospital and then the rest home and rehabilitation center.  I have been back to the ER eight times and admitted five times, with the longest stay being over two weeks.

I have fought respiratory failure, pulmonary embolisms, pseudomonas and a host of other problems.  I have over two thousand dollars invested in breathing assistance for my central sleep apnea; I take over a thousand dollars worth of medications to stay alive. 

I have applied for and been refused Medicaid, food stamps and rental assistance.  I live on SSI disability which is woefully low and does not begin to cover my financial requirements to stay alive. 

In order to stay alive I need and I am asking for your help!  Any contributions will be appreciated.
