December 27, 2017 my sister Valencia P. Lane died. Due to heart failure, she did not have a life insurance policy. She had a heart attack and stroke on August 1, 2015 and unfortunately never recovered. We discovered that since her previous place of employment terminated her, during that time her survivors benefits were null and void. The furneral home would not do a payment plan and even added an extra cost that we had not discussed previously. As we did not want to continue to postpone the services we had to do a title pawn and the fees are crazy. I am seeking to get the car out of pawn and settle the debt with these funds, as of the end of the 30 days, a minimum of 10% of the loan is due each month. I cannot leave it to chance that my mom will be stuck with this or losing her car, all help is appreciative.
