For those who know Diego, you know his charismatic way of being! His contagious smile and positive energy light up any room he walks into! He has a huge heart and urges to help others around him in whichever way he can. Diego would give anyone the shirt off his back.
He now needs the help of his friends during this difficult time.
Diego is never one to ask for help but for this, it’s life or death. A month ago Diego was picked up by ICE (Immigration & Customs Enforcement Officers). He has always made sure to do the right thing by the law and God. Being sent back to his country of origin after being here for over 10 years is extremely scary; the only thing there is violence and danger.
Diego made work feel like home and it is impossible to feel sad while he is around.
Diego is a caregiver to his niece and nephew, who adore him dearly. Without Diego, these children will go without a father figure, the funds to live (food, shelter, clothing) and an extremely amazing uncle. Please help us stop this from being a reality.
Diego is always looking to better himself and grow as a person and in his career. He was in the middle of signing up for classes next semester before all of this took place. He wants to continue his college education to make himself and this world a better place.
These funds would help him in the first steps of making sure he does not get deported, which is a very lengthy and costly process. Any help will be a step closer in making sure Diego stays safe and can continue blessing all that have the honor of knowing him with his smile, jokes and beautiful way of being.
