Hospital and Memorial Expenses

RJ Kretschmer came into the world on 8/25/18 at 6:08 pm. He weighed 7 lbs 8 oz and was 20 inches long. Unfortunately, there was a clot in his cord, which caused him to be stillborn. He stopped breathing at some point during the day on 8/23. My niece carried her beautiful little boy for 38 weeks. She and her husband anticipated his arrival, along with everyone else in the family. They counted down the weeks, sharing pregnancy updates...planning, preparing, making sure everything was perfect for his arrival. No one knew that anything like this would happen. There was no indication that there would be complications of any kind. This isn’t anything anyone could’ve possibly been prepared for. 

This is why I’m reaching out for help on Jordyn and Kole’s behalf. They have incurred hospital bills above and beyond what’s typically covered by insurance. They’ve had to plan a memorial for their son. Not only is there physical recovery ahead, but also significant emotional recovery. They truly need all the help they can get. This terrible trauma has taken it’s toll on them in every way, and I know that easing their financial burden would help them focus on what’s most important right now...taking steps toward healing.
