Family in Desperate Need

Dear Friends and Family,
I am posting this request to ask for help for an anonymous Catholic family in desperate need of a vehicle. This is a family of seven that is near to my heart. There are too many factors to explain the trying times they have been asked to endure, but in a nut shell, the father lost his job right as they had a new born baby, and has been unable to find work for the last five months. They have very limited financial support and are hanging on to the bare necessities of life with a thread of hope.
A major need of theirs was a vehicle that would pass state inspection. I was helping with the maintenance needs of their vehicle when the final straw broke. Their only family vehicle was mechanically totaled yesterday. Now this family has no transportation or even means to get to the grocery store.
It is always hard to ask for help, as there are so many in difficult circumstances. However, I would like to ask if you have the means to give just a little, please help me purchase a functioning van for this family. Trust me when I say it will make a world of difference to their struggling circumstances and will help strengthen their hope with your support.
