Gender-affirming surgery fund for D and F

Hi there,
we are a non-binary couple living in the Czech Republic. Currently, we are both seeking to undergo gender-affirming surgery to help with our gender dysphoria.
Even though it's possible here to get your transition covered by an insurance company , it's only accessible to people transitioning across the binary and it's preceded by a number of (quite often traumatic) medical examinations and hearings. Neither of us wants to go through that and having to lie about our gender or spend a year on hormones (another one of the prerequisites) and so we have chosen to go via the private route instead. This means we would be covering both operations out of our own pocket.
Sadly, with the current crisis we have found ourselves in a precarious financial position where we are unable to save enough money to cover the procedures ourselves.
To be able to finally undergo gender-affirming surgery is of the utmost importance to us right now, since partially due to dysphoria both of our mental health has deteriorated over the lockdown and we find it hard to wait any longer.
We would be most grateful for any amount donated, big or small.
