A Little Help From My Friends
Donation protected
Hi to all our fellow classmates and Pinckney, MI hometown people! My name is Cara (Vinson) Sharich ( Pinckney class of 1988).
Recently we have all been inundated with images of the devastation from Hurricane Michael. When I heard that one of our friends had been directly effected, I knew we had to do something to help.
Our friend, Pat Burns, his wife, Teresa and son, Braden have found themselves homeless in the aftermath of Hurricane Michael. Their home has been destroyed, their lives turned upside down. As you can imagine, they are frustrated, confused, feeling a helpless. As they sort out the future they will have immediate needs for themselves and their fur babies.
As the his hometown community, we have a chance to ease the burden and help them feel loved and cared for. Please consider helping offset the costs of living in a hotel, eating, gas for their car, and keeping necessities on hand. This is a tangible way that we can support one of our fellow classmates and friend.
Anything you can donate will be a blessing to them in this time of crisis. Thank you for supporting, praying for and reaching out to our friend.
All donations will go directly to Pat and Teresa through direct withdrawal. They are the only ones who have access to these funds. This will enable them to use the funds at their discretion for the needs that are most pressing as they journey through this season.
We all need a little help from our friends.
