Rory’s surgery

My puppy was attacked by another dog in the car park of Mt Archer National Park Monday (23/09) morning. The owner was gone when I went back after taking my puppy to the vet.
Both my puppies were on leads, the other dogs (Bull Arab type breeds) were on hand held type harnesses. When they seen my puppies they pulled away from the owner, I tried to get my puppies off the ground but one of them grabbed my puppy by the leg and thrashed him around until I could get him to let go.
My poor little Rory has had to have surgery to save his broken leg and a plate inserted, I am now looking in excess of $4000 for vet bills.
I would definitely appreciate any assistance. I hope that this reaches the owner of the other dogs and gives them the chance to do the right thing and help anonymously. I understand they are probably just as scared and shocked as me.
