Scoobys medical fund

Scooby has been diagnosed with fibro-cartilagenous edema in his spine. He has had a piece of disk cartilage lodging in the outer layer of the spinal cord. His brain has little spacial awareness of his left legs. He has significant vet bills which while hopefully covered by insurance I need to pay upfront in order to submit a claim for reimbursement. If you wish to help me I would be very grateful. Once the claim has been settle proceeds will be donated to German shepherd rescue SA.
