Ryan Frederick's Angel

Through a Letter to the Editor on The Post Star by Alice Frederick Schneible, we recently learned of an Angel that was stolen from Ryan Frederick's headstone.

Ryan died suddenly on May 21, 1992 while in 9th Grade at Lake George High School. Twenty years have passed by we all still remember Ryan, how unique, smart and clever he was, and his caring Mother who took care of all of us at school.   

In the years since Ryan's death, the Frederick family has also lost Ryan's father, and brother Rick.  They have endured a tremendous amount, and the thoughtless act by one individual is a meaningless pain they did not need to suffer. 

In an effort to show Mrs. Frederick and Ryan's sisters that he is remembered by all of us, we are gathering funds to give to them to replace the Angel, or to add to the scholarship fund that was created in his memory.
