This kitten needs surgery, please help!!
This Is my kitten King King. He Needs Hip Surgery Because SOMEONE Didn’t Like Him Meowing!!- All proceeds go to Kings surgery and the rest WILL BE DONATED TO STOP ANIMAL ABUSE!
First let me tell you what I believe to have happened:
My cat King King and I often go for walks together and when I am home but cant go for a walk, I let him out on occasion (after all of the training, as you will read below)
I now have reason to believe that my next door neighbors have abused him!!
One time someone called my number, from his tag, and told me they thought he wasn’t breathing well. So I ran down and picked King up, because they were right about his breathing, and his meow seemed off. Naturally (not believing anyone could harm a defenseless animal) I thought maybe he got caught on a branch or up a tree and his harness choked him. He recovered quickly and I didn’t think too much of it.
He continued going out on his own once in a while and I got a call from a neighbor in the building next to mine saying that my cat was in her building meowing non stop (which he does anyway when he’s not getting attention) so I told her “Just put him back outside and dont let him in or feed him because then he may never leave you alone lol” Her response was cold and mean, but by the time that I got to her building she said that he had left.
THAT SAME NIGHT King didn't come home..... I searched a 5 mile radius and thought that I heard him responding to my calls from that neighbors building, so I rang the bell to no avail. I continued my search until about 3am. It was cold that night too! I spent the remainder of that morning printing out missing posters. Then I heard the sweetest sound of his meow out the window!!
He waltzed in like nothing was wrong, but he was limping, so I touched his leg gently all over hoping he would give me a sign of pain so I knew where to fix....tough son of a gun just looked at me a purred even harder!! He purrs when he’s in a new place and I guess when he is in pain, but he meows non stop when hes happy! ❤️ Even the vets didn't give him pain meds, because he doesn’t show pain!
This is my kitten King King, and the love of my life! He is less than a year old and knows so much! Ive taught him to walk on leash and when off leash he will follow me to the end of the earth. He loves car rides, and long walks ANYWHERE! He is the smartest kitten I know, he can sit, give paw, and lay down.......
YES he talks, A LOT! A LOT, A LOT! BUT IT IS NO REASON TO ABUSE AN ANIMAL!!!!! #KARMA
I also know that if I dont raise this money soon, I’m going to have to give him up to someone that can afford the 1660.00 $urgery.
I cant fathom giving him up or putting him down- he’s just a kitten!
But I have to relish in the fact that God has his own plans for King, even if its not with me.
