Matt’s Top Surgery

Hey! My name is Matt and I’m at the start of my journey to become who I want to be. I have been struggling with my gender identity my whole life but just thought this was something that could never happen. Meeting my girlfriend has definitely shown me that I can be myself and has given me the confidence to actually be myself. I recently applied to be on the waiting list for my first appointment with the gender clinic. The only problem is that on the nhs I have a four year wait ahead of me to get that appointment which won’t even be when I’m given hormones. My dysphoria is getting worse every day and I’m going to try to raise funds to go privately. This money will help me to get the hormones and top surgery that I need to fully be comfortable in my own skin. Thank you for reading and anything you can do to help will mean a lot to me.
