Bridgeway House is a nonprofit organization that was founded to offer treatments, developmental therapies, enrichment courses, and support to children and families of all income levels with autism and related abilities. We have been serving families in Lane county and beyond for more than twenty years. Our focus has been developing programs and services in direct response to needs seen in our community that are designed to help this diverse group of children meet the challenges of autism, as well as helping their families with the emotional, financial, and social challenges they face. Our private school program currently has 12 classrooms at two locations (Eugene and Springfield) with students ranging from kindergarten to 21 years of age. Our school offers individual and specialized education for students with special needs. There is a high teacher to student ratio and small classroom sizes with no more than 10 students per class. OT and Speech services are integrated into the school program and services are provided for all Bridgeway students both in and out of the classroom.

Our Springfield school location is in need of a new heating system. Before the system can be installed, we need a new roof. Years of wear and recent damage have made these repairs unavoidable, and the total cost is $100,000. These repairs need to be made to ensure that we can continue safely serving our community. Every donation—no matter the size—will go directly toward critical repairs that protect our space, our programs, and the people who rely on them. With your support, we can restore our building, secure its future, and continue making a positive impact for years to come.
