Berger Family Fundraiser

Hi everyone,

On August 25, 2021 the Berger Family was hit hard with a devastating diagnosis of leukemia for Andrew. He has been fighting hard the last 3 weeks and has made remarkable gains in his recovery thus far.

Andrew was diagnosed with Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia (CML) which is a chronic disease and he will need treatments for the rest of his life. He suffered some major complications and required brain surgery last Friday. Over the next unknown length of time Andrew will require more tests and treatments and this will be a lengthy recovery.

Andrew's partner Jessica and the Berger family have been by his side everyday and night since the beginning. Andrew and his family have a long road to recovery ahead of them and this will require being away from work for many of them for an extended period of time, as well as the expenses of being at the hospital full time.

We have had a lot of people express interest in helping the family during this very difficult time. So any and all donations to help with expenses are greatly appreciated.

The situation in very overwhelming for the family and they would like to express their heartfelt gratitude for everyone's generosity.
