Family in need of a little help

This year has been one of struggle for our family. In March 2017, we had a tree fall on our home that left us searching for a new place to call home. We've been hanging in there and doing our best to move forward. However, on August 26 2017 a new struggle was handed to us. While driving home from work we were involved in a serious accident. A car had stalled in the middle of the freeway and we didn't have enough time to get around it. Our truck struck on the passenger side and we rolled over twice. My husband, Chad, was pinned between the passenger seat and the dashboard. The fire department had to cut the top of the truck off in order to free him. I managed to come out without any major injuries but Chad was not as fortunate (praise God our children weren't with us). He suffered from a collapsed lung, cracked sternum, a compound fracture in his right leg (the bone was broken thru the skin) and he had a laceration on his left arm that severed 2 tendons and an artery. The paramedics said we are both blessed to be alive, especially Chad. We don't like to ask for help but we are in a tough spot. Chad didn't have health insurance so the expenses for his physical therapy, medications, appointments and the cost of the hospital stay are adding up quickly, not to mention all the daily necessities and other bills we already had before this and now we have no transportation due to the accident. He isn't able to work and even tho we are trying to get disability and health insurance in order, expenses are accumulating. We are blessed with  amazing family and friends that are doing what they can to help us but our bills and needs are more than they can do. We've always managed to get thru rough times but we need a little help and support this time. Everything and anything would help make this stressful and overwhelming time a little easier to get thru. It isn't all about money - positive thoughts, encouragement, prayers and anything else that could help us are greatly appreciated. We didn't want to set a 'goal' as we have no expectations but anything would help our family. We truly appreciate everyone's thoughts, prayers, support and help.
