Please Help Me Get Into Sober Living!

My name is Mike and I'm an alcoholic/addict.
I've been struggling with addiction and mental health issues for the better part of 20 years. After long stints of sobriety my mother passed, whom I had been taking care of from 2013-2017, in 2017 from Alzheimer's and my father passed later that year. After all of this I have tried to regain a semblance of a normal life but have been unable to. After losing my last job from these issues I have tried my best but have ended up broke and essentially homeless, bouncing from couch to couch.
I have managed to stay sober for 20 days as of today, but I am terrified of sliding back into what I was doing before. I feel hopeless.
After speaking to a community counselor in my area we found a sober living environment that looks very promising for me. Unfortunately I just don't have the funds to move in there.
I absolutely hate asking for help, but I know I can't get sober and stay sober alone. I really want nothing more than to be able to function as a normal human and too hopefully, someday, be able to help those that need my help.
The amount I'm asking for will cover intake fees and rent and for whatever I need to get started there (transit fare, etc.).
Thank you for your time and your help.
