Run for Murray

Hello my name is Jamie Martin, I’m going to be running 5 marathons and 1 half marathon during 2022 for Teenage Cancer Trust. In late 2019 my good friend Murray Stewart passed away with a brain tumour at the age of 22. I want to raise as much money as possible for this charity in memory of my good friend Murray. Murray was a great athlete and,particularly in tennis, he performed at a very high level during his junior tennis career across the UK. He was at Glasgow university studying economics but he was also very sociable and a good friend to many people.The marathons which I’ll be participating in:

1. Southhampton 24th April

2. Solway coast Cumbria 22nd May

3. Edinburgh marathon 29th may

4. Hey up it’s Helmsley York 10th July

5. Mhor marathon 7th august

6. Half marathon Glasgow 2nd October
