University tuition fee

Assalamou aleykum, brothers and sisters, I'm 20 years old, a muslim sister living in Italy, I have a big problem concerning my studies fee, I attend the university and this is my second year(I hope), due to Coronavirus epidemic I had to study at home and they closed all universities, I couldn't reach the minimum credits required to not pay this big fee, so now the university instead of looking at my financial situation looked only at the exams I couldn't do at time.
I live with my family and our financial situation doesn't allow us to pay that much for studies, we already struggle, especially after the Coronavirus epidemic in Italy the situation became just worse than before. 
I have to pay 659€ before 30/09/2020, I know I will not be able to, so after that the University gives only 15 days to pay the fee with 30€ added to it, if I don't pay I will not be allowed to attend the lessons and after that I will loose the year and leave the university.
The time is not sufficient I don't know how to get this big amount of money in two weeks.
I have to finish my studies to work and help my family, please help me so my dream will not be damaged.
