Urgent Help Needed with Medical Bills!

I have been in the Emergency Room multiple times and was finally diagnosed with a condition that requires surgeries that my insurance through my job will not cover.
The health insurance I have through work comes with a massive deductible, which means I have to pay thousands (that I don't have) out of pocket before they will cover the cost of any emergency room visits.
I'm not even asking for help with the per-requisite surgery, which costs $25,000. All I can do is try to pay off my current medical bills, endure the pain and live with my condition, hoping it doesn't get bad enough to become life-threatening at any time soon.
Honestly, I'm at my wits end and hoping someone out there can help me... because I have absolutely no other options at this point and things are looking pretty hopeless to me right now.
