Urgent Help for Fernando's Legal Fees

A week ago we received the shocking news that my husband Fernando was picked up by ICE and is in process of deportation. We are raising funds to help support payment of legal fees to support Fernando to stop the deportation process.

After 18 years of marriage and 24 years of residing in the United States. We have 9 children together. We applied for Fernando to become a resident. We have paid the lawyer we had locally over $5000 and they turned their backs on the case because they will not go to miami. Sadly, this surprising turn of events comes during a chapter of our lives when legal fees present a significant financial strain. We have found a lawyer we really trust who charges a very reasonable rate, but we are finding it difficult to cover fees. The initial deposit for his retainer is $4,500. We would be truly grateful for any small donations towards the initial deposit. I am already working 3 jobs to make ends meet. I am not one to ask for help but I can not afford to pay the lawyer and take care of our family. I am asking my friends and family for help anything will help. I know we are in tough times and everyone has there family things going on. I am asking to please help keep our family together. Thank you, as well, for all of the emotional support you've given us.
