BII fund for Women.

My names Cass, Im 26 from South Australia. I had breast implants put in during 2014 and now 6 years on, the negative effects that I unknowingly agreed to have come into full affect. I have been experiencing a rapidly growing discomfort in my chest, my ribcage and sternum consistently feel inflamed. My chest gets tight and causes pain up through my neck, restricting my ability to inhale past a certain point because of the strain theyre putting on the connective muscles. Plus, sickness and health issue symptoms that I thought were "normal" because Ive been dealing with for so long, Ive connected to silicone toxicity, all of which are related to BII (Breast implant Illness).  Normally, Im the type of person who donates and raises awareness for causes and I didnt think I would ever be trying to do the same for myself and I do feel a lot of guilt and shame in asking for help but Im hoping compassion amongst a wonderful community of people will arise in my own time of need. "You knew the risks when you got the implants." The risks that were explained to me were things such as ruptures and leaks, capsular contraction and incision infections. If the things I am experiencing now were well documented, published and recognized by doctors, surgeons and plastic surgery forums, Im not the only woman who would have put their health over aesthetic. Im not trying to presshure anyone to donate, the fundraiser is there if anyone chooses to be kind enough to do so but I do want to get information across to women who have had a breast augmentation or may be thinking about it. I want to express my deepest concerns for their health and to please do research on Breast Implant Illness! If you have unexplained physical, mental or emotions health issues, please take the time to read through the information. It may save you your own health or someone you may know! Unexplained fatigue, Blurred vision, Chest tightness, Vertigo, Feeling unnecessarily cold, Memory loss, Hair thinning, Depression, Heart palpitations, Shallow breathing, Changes in menstrual cycles, Dry eyes and headaches, Sensitivity to light, Dry skin, Facial swelling, Joint and muscle aches, Inflamation around the implants, Cpasular contraction and in some cases, women have linked their implants to cause of their breast cancers! These are just some of the symptoms Ive experiences, if you are considering having a breast augmentation, please understand that these are issues that can arise immediately after surgery or in my own case, 3 years later. Hundreds of thousands of women are talking about Breast Implant Illness and it is becoming a much more recognized issue! Regardless of whether you can donate or not, I urge you to share this post. For the chance that a woman you may or may not know may find it useful and it may be may be the small piece of vital information that connects all the dots for them! Breast health is one of the biggest concerns for women around the world but breast implants are so commonly overlooked. Everybodyand every breast deserves to be healthy, implants or not! Lets get women (and men) talking about this!! Peace, Cass xx . Thankyou! Peace & love, Cass
