Upcycled Furniture and Original Art store

Once upon a time there was a girl called  Emma.  She loved painting things, especially pictures and furniture.
Emma always dreamed of one day opening a shop so she could sell all her brightly coloured paintings and crazy patterned furniture to people who needed  to smile when they got home, or walked into a restaurant, or checked into a hotel.
Emma loved telling other people to follow their hearts and achieve their dreams. But when it came to her own dream, she always made excuses.
'I have no money' she said.
'Others don't believe in me' she said. 'What if I fail?' she said.
The truth is, Emma didn't really  believe  she would fail. In fact Emma believed in herself but she worried that others didn't.
Eventually when Emma grew older she started to worry about dying and looking back on her life with regret because she never pursued what she really believed she was made for.
Even though Emma was busy with her 9-5 job, she continued to paint and even to sell a little bit here and there. She created a website called www.tree-studios.com so people could see pictures of her creations. But she became frustrated because she wanted more time to spend on bringing her dream to life.
So one gloomy Thursday she decided to start a GoFundMe page so she could see if anyone else believed in her....

Store details:
Ideally I'm looking for a retail space in the heart of Folkestone's Creative Quarter or in Hythe High Street, Kent.
Although it's essential that I have an online store and promote this heavily, I also believe having a physical store is just as important. When it comes to unique furniture and artwork, people like to see first hand what it is they'll be buying.  Also, being in the public eye whilst producing goods to sell (within the store) means I'll be held accountable to my customers and can't slack off at home!
I'd like to open before Christmas 2019 (I'll need at least a month to set up the store).
Please feel free to ask me ANY questions you have.
