Upcoming Spinal surgery plus recovery

Hello! My name is Jeff Smith. I am 28 years old. I am married and have a 6 year old son and 2 year old daughter. I live in Central Florida. I am seeking help for a Spinal surgery that I am having on January 25th, 2021.
I have been diagnosed with Thoracic Lipomatosis that is causing severe Spinal Stenosis. I have been out of work since October due to the pain and being unable to properly use my hands from numbness. My day to day is hard, I struggle to do anything comfortably thanks to all the pressure that is being placed on the nerves in my spine. I will be having a Laminectomy on my T4-T8 vertebrae. Recovery is expected to take at least 6 weeks, but anything can change.
I am hoping to raise any funds as soon as I can. Since it is the beginning of the new year, my deductible has been reset. I have physical therapy as well as several Pre-Op appointments that I have to have before my surgery. Each appointment or test will run me at least $100-$200. My deductible is $3000. Once insurance kicks in, I still have to pay at least 20% as the copay. I have no idea how much all of this is going to cost.
Any funds raised through this campaign will be used to cover all medical bills incurred as well as help keep my family afloat while I wait to return to work. The stress of bills is overwhelming right now.
