Up and Coming Bahamian Artist

Jovan Bailey has been accepted into the Savannah College of Art and Design's summer Rising Star Programme!  He is an up and coming local artist, finding his passion early.  He spent his childhood summers at local art workshops and is passionately proud of his cultural heritage.  He has also worked to help produce his school's Junkanoo costumes for the past five years.  He's deeply involved in community service,  is the president elect of his school's Interact club and is an eco-club stalwart.
