Unterstützung für Abu und Ahmads legal fund

Hallo, mein Name ist Nora, ich lebe in Berlin.

Ich sammle Spenden für aufkommende Anwaltskosten und nötige Anschaffungen für Abu und Ahmad, zwei Brüder aus Afghanistan, die seit dem 17.08.2021 täglich 12 Stunden vor dem Auswärtigen Amt stehen und für die Evakuierung ihrer Familie, aller Ortskräfte und anderer schutzbedürftiger Menschen in Afghanistan protestieren. Sie waren zeitweise auch schon im trockenen Hungerstreik und mit jedem Tag der verstreicht wächst die Verzweiflung.

 

Ahmad war 9 Jahre lang als Ortskraft für ISAF, NATO Staaten und auch die deutsche Bundeswehr tätig, sowie ein Großteil ihrer Familie.

 

Die beiden sind seit ihrer Flucht vor sechs Jahren geduldet und haben somit kein Recht auf Familiennachzug. Abu, der jüngere Bruder von beiden, hat nichtmal eine Arbeitserlaubnis.

Aufgrund der verheerenden Lage in Afghanistan gibt es nun wieder juristische Möglichkeiten einen Aufenthaltstitel zu erhalten. Hierfür benötigen die beiden finanzielle Unterstützung, weshalb sie sich dazu entschlossen haben, über diesen Weg um praktische Solidarität zu bitten.

 

Jede kleine Spende hilft dabei den beiden die Sorgen um ihre finanzielle Situation zu lindern, sodass sie sich völlig auf ihren Protest fokussieren können.

Das gespendete Geld wird direkt an Abu und Ahmad weitergeleitet, sodass es direkt für ihre legal funds und andere nötige Anschaffungen genutzt werden kann.

Hi everyone,
my name is Nora, I live in Berlin.

I am raising money for legal funds and necessary purchases for my friends Abu and Ahmad. They are two brothers from Afghanistan who have been protesting in front of the Auswärtige Amt in Berlin since August 17th. Every day from 08 AM-08 PM. They are calling for the evacuation of their family, every person that worked as a "Ortskraft" for NATO, ISAF and all vulnerable persons in Afghanistan. Their protest has also included a hungerstrike without any liquids. Every day that passes without any kind of solution, the despair and desperation for justice grows.

 

Ahmad worked for NATO, ISAF and the german military for nine years, as well as a big part of their family.

 

Ever since they chose to flee Afghanistan six years ago their legal status has been a "Duldung", meaning that they don't have safe and secure legal status in Germany and have no chance of applying for family reunification. Abu, the younger brother of the two doesn't even have the right to work.

Since the situation in Afghanistan has escalated in the worst possible way, there are now opportunities for Afghan People to reapply for a safe and secure legal status in Germany.

Which is why they chose to ask for practical solidarity this way. They need financial support to cover any upcoming legal fees and necessary purchases.

 

Any amount helps so that they can focus on their protest and don't have to worry as much about how they are going to pay for their legal fees.

 

The donations will be given to Abu and Ahmad directly, I am solely collecting them.
