Mental health problems are common. When mental health problems start to impact your everyday life and last for more than a few weeks it is a sign that they may have developed into a mental illness. Mental health problems can influence how you think and feel, your ability to do your everyday activities (school, study or work) or in relationships. It can be helpful to talk to someone about what’s going on in your life – they may be able to help you with what you’re feeling and thinking.

UNSW ELSOC, TWEET and the UNSW School of Electrical Engineering & Telecommunications would like to proudly announce that we are collaborating with HeadSpace Bondi Junction to do a YEAR LONG fundraising event! We will be accepting donations at future events & BBQs. We will also be giving out merch, such as wristbands and pens and be sure to look out for more merch coming soon!

So, who is Headspace? Headspace is a mental health service aimed at people around the ages of 12-25. They are here to help young people get their life back on track and strengthen their mental health for the future. To find out more, check out their website: https://headspace.org.au/
