Unsung hero loses everything in house fire

Donation protected

On July 8, 2021 Officer S. Wright was called upon by her 6 year old daughter and 8 year old son as they rushed into the rear of their home screaming to their mommy that the house was on fire. Prayerfully, Ofc. Wright and her boyfriend Mr. Long were able to quickly get her and her children safely out of the residence without injury however, despite the prompt response of the fire department, her home and the contents within were a total loss.

Currently Ofc. S. Wright and her children are displaced and are in need of even the most basic necessities. Ofc. S. Wright is a dedicated public servant to our community and I am asking for us to help this hero and her children during such a traumatic time in their lives. Victims of residential fires can face great emotional distress and financial costs. This is because they not only lost their home, but also their sense of security, comfort, and safety which can ultimately disrupt their normal daily lives.

My hope is that we can help Ofc. S. Wright and her family alleviate some of the stress that they are facing as they rebuild. Please donate if you can, any donation helps.
