On July 4th, 2022, our family endured a horrible tragedy. My papi Erick was enjoying a day at the lake and celebrating the Fourth of July. But celebrating was shortly followed with grief. My Dad fell off of his float and tried to get back on the float, he fought as long as he could but eventually drowned. Police spend hours searching for him that night and in the early morning when they resumed they found his body.
My Dad was the light of our lives and if you were lucky to know him you knew how genuine he was, he always helped others whenever he could and if he couldnt, he would not stop until he figured out a solution to help. We are completely heartbroken.
My family and I are asking for any donations during this time. Any and all donations will go towards his funeral costs, bills, expenses, and his children & wife.

El 4 de julio de 2022, nuestra familia sufrió una horrible tragedia. Mi papi Erick estaba disfrutando de un día en el lago y celebrando el 4 de julio. Pero la celebración fue seguida poco después de dolor. Mi padre se cayó de su carroza e intentó volver a la carroza, luchó todo el tiempo que pudo, pero finalmente se ahogó. La policía pasó horas buscándolo esa noche y a primera hora de la mañana, cuando reanudaron, encontraron su cuerpo.
Mi padre era la luz de nuestras vidas y si tenías suerte de conocerlo, sabías lo genuino que era, siempre ayudaba a los demás siempre que podía y, si no podía, no se detendría hasta que encontrara una solución para ayudar. Estamos completamente desconsolados.
Mi familia y yo estamos pidiendo cualquier donación durante este tiempo. Todas y cada una de las donaciones se destinarán a sus gastos funerarios, facturas, gastos y sus hijos y esposa.
