La mia piccola Sofia ha solamente 10 anni e sta combattendo contro un raro tumore cerebrale da inizio luglio, è una piccola combattente, ha subito un intervento i primi di agosto e da quando gli è stato diagnosticato il tumore ha iniziato dei cicli di cure chemioterapiche al Bambin Gesù di Roma, dopo continuerà con un periodo di cure sperimentali al centro di Protonterapia di Trento e dovrà stare lontano da casa per un periodo di circa 2-3 mesi, è coraggiosa fa tutto quello che gli dicono i medici e i genitori con dedizione, ma la cosa che la fa' soffrire di più non sono le cure che già sono molto pesanti ma il fatto che ora non potrà andare a scuola, vedere le sue amiche per un lungo periodo finché non starà un po' meglio e non potrà neanche pattinare che lei ama moltissimo. Da grande vorrà diventare un interior designer e le giornate in ospedale le passa disegnando e cercando di capire con delle riviste come potrà abbinare gli arredi. Con la speranza che possa arrivare un piccolo aiuto da parte vostra, per cercare di rendere questo percorso così duro con delle sfumature di serenità e normalità e con la speranza di poter veder realizzare i suoi sogni dopo aver superato questa grande battaglia. ❤️ ENGLISH BELOW: My little Sofia is only 10 years old and has been fighting a rare brain tumor since the beginning of July proving to be a great small fighter. She had to undergo a delicate operation in early August and since she was diagnosed with the tumor she has started cycles of chemotherapy at “Bambino Gesù” hospital of Rome. After this therapy she will continue with a period of experimental treatments at the Proton therapy center in Trento and we have to move the whole family and stay away from home for a period of about 3 months, in which we’ll have to stop our activities and the needs will be more. She is courageous and does everything the doctors and parents tell her with dedication, but the thing that makes her suffer the most are not the treatments that are already very heavy but the fact that now she will not be able to go to school, see her friends for a long time until she gets a little better and can not even skate that she loves very very much. She would like to become an interior designer when she grows up and she spends her days in hospital and the most of her time drawing and trying to understand with magazines how she can match the furnishings. I hope to see her dreams come true after overcoming this great battle. Thank you for your help so that I can manage not to make her lack for anything in this tough time, which would be my greatest wish. ❤️
