UNMUTE - Interactive Virtual Concert

Given the state of our environment, live streaming content has come into high demand by music consumers on an international scale. Kova Productions, led by Mika Shardarbekova, is thrilled to present Unmute, an interactive virtual concert that aims to provide the immersion of a live show from the comfort of your home. The incorporation of 3D animation, CGI, and user interactivity sets us apart from competing virtual events. Our team, consisting of motivated USC students, plans to stream Unmute through Twitch in March 2021 and currently is seeking help with funding.
Most importantly, this project will benefit the music industry by raising funds during the event towards a charity that works to ensure inclusion in the music industry. This year has shown that our world is filled with intolerances towards other races, religions, ethnicities, political views, and gender identities, not to mention the presence of widespread socio-economic struggles. However, we also see the power of voice and people coming together to push for change. Our goal is to advocate Unity and Inclusion within the USC Community. We strive to unite a diverse team of creatives who will help smaller artists to be included in the competitive music industry by exposing them to new audiences and further developing their brands.
For this event to come true, we're looking for funding to afford equipment as well as studio rentals. We hope to raise funding by January 3rd.
Even donating a single dollar will be a very meaningful contribution to the artists and the community. Our team has been devastated by the loss of live music this year. Therefore, successfully adapting to the situation and developing virtual content means the world to us. We put great effort and time into this project and are passionate about its results.
