I am asking for your help on behalf of my son, Michael, diagnosed with classic non-verbal autism. Last year's treatment was such a miracle - Michael started connecting with the world, speaking words clearly, counting, engaging with his sister and friends.
Over the last few months we've noticed some mild regression, which could potentially be corrected with the new round of neuro-acupuncture treatment. This method of healing combines the ancient Eastern practice of acupuncture with Western neuroscience; successfully treating patients with MS, Cerebral Palsy, Stroke, Autism and Paralysis.
We need funds by the 15th of October, in order to reserve our place in this program, which will take place in Albuquerque, NM.
Your contribution, no matter what amount, would greatly help Michael get into the program and receive 4-5 necessary treatments, that could stimulate certain areas of the brain responsible for speech and language, as well as fine and gross motor skills. These doctors have huge success rate treating and curing patients with all kinds of neurological disorders.
We would not ask for your help, if we had other ways to raise this amount or if we had more time. The program starts on October 17th, but we need to confirm our participation by early this week. Our personal circumstances have not been easy, since we have moved from overseas and had to start our lives over, from scratch. Our son’s autism requires one of us to be a stay at home parent, which affects our finances. At this point, we count on your understanding and support.
