Uninsured trans woman emergency medical expenses

Hello, my name is Faye Andrews and I am seeking financial help for medical and living expenses after a year of really terrible luck.  I am a currently unemployed and medically uninsured trans woman who is unable to receive unemployment assistance after a glitch in the Georgia Department of Labor's system flagged me as a new hire at my job of over two years.  I have been in appeals since July of 2020 and was told that there likely wouldn't be a resolution until sometime in 2022 when I would then be eligible for assistance again.  In addition, I have to pay taxes on 9 months of unemployment assistance I never received.  I'm immune compromised so finding work during the pandemic was/is tough.  I never received any of the three stimulus payments sent out to "all" Americans and had to really claw to survive, and wouldn't have survived without the help of my community.  All in all it has been an extremely challenging year, but at least I had my health.

However, that changed in February 2021.  I had to go to the ER when I woke up at 5am because a severe throat infection caused my throat to close up.  I wasn't able to eat or drink and breathing was difficult.  I spent 10 hours in the ER and went through numerous tests to leave with inconclusive results, a bottle antibiotics, a referral to an ENT (I still can't afford to see), and a bill for 10.5k.  I am still having issues with this and was looking forward to starting work at my now reopened bar the first week in April 2021 to seek the funds for the medical care I need to remedy this and find out what is wrong. 

Last week, on my commute to work on my first day back at the bar, a car forced me out of  the lane I was in on my bicycle and I clipped the rail of the streetcar going 25mph.  My bike went sideways and I hit the pavement really hard which resulted in a 12 hour ER visit and I left the hospital with a diagnoses of a broken collarbone, a broken shoulder blade, and 5 broken ribs.  Oh, and of course a bill for 8k, which probably doesn't include my trip there in an ambulance.  It is by far the most painful thing I have ever experienced, and reovery is going to take a frustratingly long time. 

To nutshell all of this, in the past two months I've accumulated at least 19k in medical debt, and still need to see several doctors about several ailments as well as physical therapy to regain the use of my right shoulder and arm.  This of course doesn't include living expenses, and hormones which I have no idea how I will afford as I can't work for a minimum of 2 months and am ineligible for any kind of assistance.  If you are able to help, I need help.  More than I have ever needed help my whole life.  Thank you so much for reading all this and I hope this finds you with better fortune and in good health.
