My name is Anthonette, I am Mekhi Stevenson older sister. With heavy hearts my little brother lost his life to gun violence. On November 29, @approximately 1pm Mekhi Stevenson was in the comforts of his home when he was tragically shot and killed.
He was only 17 years old, with a very promising future. Mekhi was a rising athlete and star Quarterback at North Miami Senior High School. Mekhi was a great happy kid, always smiling, and dancing.
His untimely death has not only took a toll on our family but has shooken our community. I am using go fund me platform to help get help from the community to help cover funeral & burial expenses for mekhi. He was only 17 years old and his death hit us unexpectedly.
I will be handling all of Mekhi’s affairs.
