Unexpected Loss of a Dear Mother

On Monday evening, Katrin Winterbothem passed away unexpectedly after several days on life support from a severe asthma attack. Katrin was the mother of three beautiful children Ashley, Jake and Aja who were by her side in her final moments. Katrin was a beautiful mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend. Having spent much time in both California and Hawaii, I know there are many who are deeply saddened to hear of her unexpected passing. Katrin is loved and cherished by many, and her spirit will live on through all of our fond memories of time spent with her.

I have known Katrin my entire life. Katrin’s oldest daughter Ashley is my stepsister. Katrin’s children and grandchildren were the lights of her life. She was one of the most kind-hearted, generous and caring people I have ever known. Her free spirit and kind soul would light up the room. Her recent passing is truly devastating, and she will be deeply missed.

At the time of her passing, Katrin was residing in Hawaii. Upon hearing of her unexpected decline, Katrin’s three children immediately flew to Hawaii to be by her side. Due to these unforeseen circumstances, Katrin’s three children are currently finding themselves with much financial responsibility in the midst of their grief. This is why I am reaching out to all of you for assistance. Please join me in assisting Ashley, Jake and Aja in paying for the unanticipated costs they are faced with, including medical expenses, funeral expenses and shipping all of Katrin’s treasured belongings back to California. Any contribution is much appreciated.
